Since 2022, this espresso blend has maintained its signature style of sweet, clean coffee with a balanced profile. In the previous year, the blend incorporated two unwashed coffees, resulting in wilder, funkier, and more surprising flavour notes.
This year, the roasters have blended new coffees in a similar proportion, using two washed coffees to produce a comforting and fruity cup. Despite the use of two washed coffees, the acidity remains mild and soft, making it suitable for both morning and evening consumption.
The roasters have continued to employ their Parchmen roast style, which achieves a balanced and harmonious flavour without burning acidity or bitterness.
